Operating personal vehicles for passenger transport without proper endorsement is illegal and compromises safety.

If you're unfamiliar with New Zealand, feel free to explore our itineraries or articles for inspiration.

Following the initial consultation, we'll craft a personalized itinerary for you. Once finalized, you'll receive a travel proposal detailing itinerary suggestions, charter costs, and recommended activities.

Upon your approval of the itinerary and quotation, we'll proceed to sign a contract with you and collect a deposit to reserve the guide and vehicle.

Once your itinerary is confirmed, we'll handle all the details for you. From drafting the route to booking activities and hotels, we'll tailor every aspect to your preferences, drawing on our extensive local experience to create the perfect itinerary.

Specializing in customised tours, we pay attention to every detail. Factors like local environmental conditions, climate, sunlight direction, lunar phases, and less crowded times to avoid traffic congestion are all carefully considered.

Prior to your departure date, we'll collect the remaining balance from you. You'll also receive a "Pre-departure Information" document containing details such as the itineary, hotel info, NZ Customs entry requirements, climate and clothing suggestions, guide's and local emergency contacts.

Our customer service team will create an app group before your departure, allowing you to stay in touch with the guide, ask questions, and ensure you're well-prepared for a fantastic vacation.
