THE DESIGNING PROCESS

Our customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to understand your needs and provide initial recommendations.
Once you are happy with our initial recommendations, we will collect a NZD $150 service fee or deposit to begin the planning process.
With your personal preferences and travel pace in mind, we will design a fully customized itinerary and handle all arrangements, from car rentals and accommodations to tickets and activities. We carefully consider factors like driving experience, local weather, sunlight angles, moon phases, and schedule timing to help you avoid peak traffic and crowds, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
Upon completion, you will receive a detailed itinerary that includes climate and attire recommendations, a packing checklist, entry requirements, route maps, car pickup locations, daily sightseeing highlights, important reminders, driving times, accommodation details, activity information, and local emergency contacts.
This comprehensive guide ensures you are fully prepared for your journey, with every essential detail covered to make your self-drive adventure enjoyable and stress-free.
The customer service team from Mini Tours will stay in touch with you throughout the journey, ready to answer questions and offer immediate assistance as needed.
