Yes. Each person can choose and book different activities according to their preference, and participate simultaneously. Mini Tours’ guides are specially trained to coordinate and manage activities for all guests.

It depends on the situation. If we stay at a destination for only half a day, generally only one activity can be chosen. If we stay a full day, you may select two to three daytime activities (and possibly an additional evening activity). Each activity includes its duration for your reference.

It’s best to book in advance, the earlier, the better. Early reservations help ensure participation, especially during peak periods like Christmas and New Year, when some activities can be fully booked.

Yes, our driver-guides and support team will do their best to arrange it for you. However, we recommend booking before departure to ensure availability.

Generally, suppliers require at least 48–72 hours’ notice. However, cancellation policies vary by activity provider, and each supplier’s individual policy will apply.

Our guide will arrange some free attractions for you. Of course, you can also choose to relax and enjoy some free time—have a coffee, stroll through the forest, browse the town’s shops, or sit by the lake and reflect.

If your activity is cancelled, our driver-guides and support team will do their best to reschedule it in terms of time, location, or alternative arrangements. Alternatively, you may choose a different activity as a replacement. However, if the cancellation is due to uncontrollable circumstances, the activity fee will be refunded after the trip.
